English Fully Restored Hand-Dyed Leather Two- to Three-Seater Sofa
A beautifully restored antique English leather two- to three-seater sofa, full of character, craftsmanship, and traditional charm. This elegant piece has been fully restored, with the original leather carefully stripped back and then hand dyed in this rich, beautiful colour using old English traditional leather-working techniques.
The restoration has been carried out by skilled craftsmen, preserving the soul and age of the sofa while giving the leather a renewed depth, warmth, and luxurious finish. The hand dyed surface has a wonderful natural tone, with subtle variation and patina that only traditional methods can achieve. Rather than looking newly manufactured, the leather retains an authentic aged quality, the kind of finish that feels lived-in, handsome, and deeply characterful.
The sofa is generously proportioned as a comfortable two to three seater and features feather filled seat cushions, giving it a relaxed, inviting feel with excellent comfort. Its classic English form, supportive back, and timeless silhouette make it suitable for both traditional and contemporary interiors.
There may be gentle signs of age and use beneath the restoration, consistent with its nature, but these form part of its charm and authenticity. This would make a superb statement piece for a drawing room, library, study, sitting room, gentleman's club style interior, or country house setting.
A fine English hand-dyed leather sofa, restored using traditional craftsmanship, with feather-filled cushions offering comfort, heritage, and quiet old-world grandeur.

Caring for your items
Vintage period and original items, such as leather seating, will always have a natural patina in the form of cracking, creasing and wear.
We recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost and to keep out of sunlight.
For Hand-Dyed leather items, we don't recommend placing them in direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as they will dry out and fade.
For wood, we recommend regular, thorough cleaning and waxing also.
Care
To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care. Simple maintenance practices, such as gentle washing and proper storage, can effectively preserve the longevity of your favorites. We encourage you to refer to the care instructions included with each item, designed to help you keep your purchase in top condition.
