3. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it within 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options (depending on where the item is going):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

For urgent deliveries, we recommend choosing Express Shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will likely receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. You can track your order on the designated carrier given to you. 

6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs processing, etc.). We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or customs.
