Refund policy
At Antiques of London, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here’s what you need to know about our refund and return process.
1. Refunds
We offer a refund only within 5 days of receiving your item. After this 5-day period, we are unable to process any refunds.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and with any tags or labels still attached.
2. Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item for something else within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item.
3. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. These include:

5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you’re exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the item. We’ll cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
